When we think too much about the actions we need to perform what should come naturally to our minds can trip us up. We overthought what came naturally to us, and we were correct in our final assessment: I don’t know how I do it and I don’t want to know. I just want to do it.

On the other hand, some are naturally inquisitive and curious. They see something that they find it fascinating and question it because they want to understand it. Not so they can do it themself, but so they has a deeper understanding of what makes the “thing” work.
